We had such a great experience with Russell and the team. Russell came out to give a quote and was so informative and answered my (many) questions about the air con unit even after he came out - over messenger. The team was so quick this morning installing it as well, making sure the unit was exactly where we wanted. Such a great price too! Thanks so much, Definitely recommend

l spoke to many with my problem and all I got was crap.and neglect of me with a problem after 2 hours I was totally frustrated no one cares for my problem. until I got an apology from solar air services for the other ones in solar industry He calmed me down explain what I needed and gave me great accurate advice now he is in Queensland I'm In Vic they are designing my problem. they won't get the job but they have proved to me that they care for people and are more trustworthy than the shift not caring rip offs in solar. It appears to me that they are A1 going far beyond what was was the norm. I am so happy they are willing to help without charge. Can't recommend them highly enough

Had 2x2.5kw units installed in office and bedroom. Russell was great to deal with, came on site to quote and had them installed 5 days later. Good advise on how and where to install them, used good quality Mitsubishi units - have 2 of those already and they are very efficient and quiet inside and out. Happily finished job off in the rain as a storm came thru. Cat was happy to, he gave it a few pats as he walked past it
